Eden Forest
As the sole level designer on the Jade Legends team at Zygobot, I was tasked with creating a unified demo level to showcase all of the previous and in development systems within the game.
I was responsible for all the level design and level blockout, including the overall level flow, the design of the light/mirror puzzle, the pacing of mechanics introduction, the framing of the level PoIs. I also assisted with much of the level set dressing.

Research Summary
This action-adventure game level was designed as a demo for the game to showcase each of its major features in a way that teaches them to the player but maintains a level of depth to tease the players with potential gameplay in the full game. The level strategically uses sightlines, framing, locks, secrets, puzzles, and combat to lead the player through a curated scenario of dramatic tension that ends in a climactic cliffhanger
